Temptation’s job is more than just a job

Temptation Pwanyire (39) was born in Zimbabwe and due to the situation there he had to come to South African to make a living for himself and his family.

Temptation stayed in Zimbabwe most of his life, he attended a secondary school there where the building seed was planted as they had to build at school.

After secondary school he went to a building school where he received a certificate for building.
“I built a lot of stuff for people in Zimbabwe,” said Temptation.

Temptation spends a lot of time studying, examining and measuring the area before he actually starts building.
Once Temptation starts building his love for the job he’s working on just flows out and the masterpiece comes to life.
How big the projects are Temptation is working on, determines the size of the team.

Temptation has been living in South Africa since 2007 and his wife and four children remain in Zimbabwe.
He often goes over to Zimbabwe to visit his family or they came over for a while.
“I take pride in my jobs that I do, as I know I need to send money over to my wife and four children as the situation is bad back home,” said Temptation.

Temptation enjoys building as a whole, but most of all he loves plumbing and brickwork.
“I miss my family a lot, but I know it’s important what I am doing here is South Africa and it’s my passion,” continued Temptation.
