Bank in partnership with foundation shows they care

The Care West Foundation in partnership with ABSA has done it again showing care to people.

Care West Foundation has outdone itself with the help of Absa following in the footsteps of Mandela. The aim of the organisation is to help to improve the living standard of people. Recently they helped children who are orphans and are being cared for by their grandmother.

The nine children have been struggling and were identified by Steve ‘West’ Luvuno, Care West Foundation founder.
Absa staff cleaned, washed, painted and put some new furniture, blankets and groceries into the house before the cold winter months.
This was done ahead of Mandela Day on July 18.

“With this donation, happiness was written on the faces of the family members to show their appreciation. Care West Foundation, in partnership with Absa, hopes this is just a seed that has been planted and hopefully it will grow to bear positive fruits.

We hope the seeds will grow to improve the living standards of other disadvantaged community members.”
Luvuno would like to thank Absa for their donation.

Luvuno has been looking after orphans and this is one of the projects that he is involved in.
