Water-
Kwa-Guqa X1-18 and Hlalanikahle all X – no water due to major leak at c/o Scotch Khoza & Moses Kontane streets at Ferrobank.
We are not yet sure how long the repair works are going to take to reinstate the water supply. The maintenance team and Rand Water is currently on site assessing the situation.
The team has received the pipes and will begin repairs today, should all go well water will be restored latest tomorrow.
Electricity-
All Hlalanikahle extensions as well as all new Kwaguqa extensions, there is a fault on the cable supply to the main substation, the team is currently busy with it and expected time of completion is 23h00 tonight if all goes well.
