Local beauties go to nationals
Two local girls have become finalists in the annual Miss Junior South Africa Pageant after they qualified to represent Mpumalanga at the national finals.
Pageants SA, the organising body, held the first Miss Junior South Africa Pageant in 2004 as a stand alone event. In previous years Miss Jnr South Africa was only a category in the Miss and Mr South Africa Pageant.
Tenae Marriot is a local star with a heart of gold, being involved with local charities and does the title of Miss Teen Greater Witbank proud.
Kayla Jorge with her smile that can melt hearts was the winner of Model of the Year in 2013 and Miss Photogenic. She is 11 years old and lives in Ga-Nala. Both girls blew the competition away at the regional qualifiers in Secunda.
A part of the pageant is the Face of South Africa Competition where the public decides the winner by voting. The pageant is set to take place from May 1 to 4 in Pretoria and they need as many votes as possible so show your support by casting your vote for these two girls.
