Angelique a jack of all trades
One young and passionate woman in eMalahleni, does not only do one thing for a living she does many more.
Angelique Heyneke-Franke (27) was born on March 20 in 1987 in Caltonville, from there she grew up in Roodepoort and attended Die Ruiter Primary School, before she could finish her school career here, her family moved and she completed her primary school days at Rodora Primary School in Randfontein.
She then started her High School years at Riebeeck Rand, and that is when her family soon relocated to the Western Cape, where she attended Monument Park High.
During school Angelique started working in at a fashion and modeling industry and found a love for what she was doing.
Once she completed school she continued to do that after school.
Only a year ago did Angelique start her studies in Fashion buying and merchandising.
“Even though I have been a photographer for some time now, and been mentored by photographers in my past. I am only officially starting my courses in photography as from this month,” said Angelique.
For a living, Angelique is still involved in the Fashion and Modeling industry. She currently owns her own company Style by Angelique as an image consultant, make up artist; photographer and she also teach models how to become photographic models as well as ramp and pageant training.
“I have attended modelling schools when I was younger, and recently received my certificates in attending modelling and pageant preparation workshops at Pageants SA, and now I am also an accredited judge,” said Angelique.
For Angelique what she does as a living, she considers as a hobby already.
“I love it so much and it’s mostly all I have time for besides my time I spend with my husband and our families,” said Angelique.
“Through the industry I am in, I already work with so many beautiful young ladies, and I hope that I inspire them to be the best that they could be, that they grab every opportunity life has given them and run with it. You can only achieve it if you believe in yourself and do something with what you have been given, and push all of the negativity out of your life and mind,” continued Angelique.
In the future Angelique still see’s herself doing what she loves, she can’t see herself being anywhere else or doing anything else. She would love to be a mother, so she definitely hopes to be blessed with children in the near future.
