Muscle evolution in August

August 8 is set aside for the provincial trials and it is taking place at The Ridge Casino.
Registration and weigh-in is taking place at 08:00, pre-judging is taking place at 11:00 and the main show is happening at 17:00.
Affiliation fee is R150 and entry is R150.

For the ladies there are the following divisions:
*Ladies beach bikini (two line ups)
*Ladies fitness bikini (three line ups)
*Ladies body fitness (one line up)
*Ladies physique (one line up)

For the men there are the following divisions:
*Junior u.23 under 75kg
*Junior u.23 over 75kg
*Mens bantamweight under 65kg
*Mens lightweight under 70kg
*Mens welterweight under 75kg
*Mens light middleweight under 80kg
*Mens middleweight under 85kg
*Mens light heavyweight under 85kg
*Mens light heavyweight under 90kg
*Mens heavyweight over 90kg
*Mens super heavyweight over 100kg
*Masters over 40 (one line up)
*Veterans over 50 (one line up)
*Mens athletic physique (two line ups)
*Mens classic bodybuilding

All Mpumalanga athletes need to compete at the provincials to be able to be selected for the South African team.
For spectators entry will be R100 for the pre-judging, R150 for the main show, Kids five to 12 years R50, pensioners R80 and if you want to see both shows it will cost you R200.
