Traffic officers stop an unroadworthy vehicle with 26 inside
The vehicle in which the children were travelling was a 16 seater, with 10 additional children squeezed inside.
Emalahleni Local Municipality executive mayor, Councillor Lindiwe Ntshalintshali, commended traffic officers who stopped and removed a minibus from the road which was overloaded with 26 school children who were being transported to various schools in eMalahleni.
