Get a reporting line going for taxis

After reading your article about the conduct and behaviour of taxi drivers I felt like I should concur and allude to these issues raised.

Some taxi drivers are just pure rotten potatoes who are full of criminal acts, they actually give the industry a bad a name because that is not how the owners of the taxis asked them to operate, they are lawbreakers in all aspects, especially those who think they are young. Mr Solly Vilane must just give us a reporting line
That must be pasted on all taxis to report all infringements done by these criminals and law breakers. Every taxi must bear a sticker of that reporting line to see if the bad drivers won’t tow the line within a week. When an incident is reported a reference number should be given. They can’t claim to be professional or listening to the concerns of the people if they ignore the wrongs done by their drivers.

Another concern which the Law Enforcers tend to ignore with ignorance is the noise some taxi drivers make with their sound systems while driving around, (especially the taxi with the registration DVY 589 MP). That is noise pollution and is very irritating to the ears. Our law enforcement teams are also very tame and Mr Van Vuuren must not defend them but must drill discipline into their conduct, whatever problem they are attending to must be sorted out once and for all, so that they can move to the next challenge. They are always stuck with one problem because they are not looking for a permanent solution. The commuters of some taxis are made to listen to loud rubbish music played by some drivers.

The taxi industry must learn to respect the commuters and ask the drivers with radios to rather let commuters listen to the radio in the mornings and afternoons at a reasonable sound. They have plenty of time to play their music while taxis are parked.
