Dancers danced through the decades

After 35 years of dancing and different shows, an anniversary was held to celebrate all the years at Catherine Glazer School of Ballet, Hip Hop and Tap.

Kirsten Wessels and Elizabeth Anne Venter followed their dance teacher’s moves during the Dancing Through the Decades concert.

The shows took place on Friday, March 20 and on Saturday, March 21 at Witbank Civic Theatre.

Going back through the decades: Silwer Screen Classics (1993), Dreaming of 1986, Contrasts (1998), Music Box Dancers (2000), Christmas (2002), Kaleidoscope (2003), Impulse (2004), Bedazzled (2006), Musical Mosaic (2008), Carousel (2010) and Rock a Royale (2012) were presented.

“Many, many thanks to all the dancers and their parents, all the wonderful ladies for making and changing costumes, each and every person assisting throughout the production. To my wonderful husband Jean to my mom, Fransia, Melissa, Amy and my family for their love, dedication and support. God’s richest blessing,” said Catherine-Anne.
