Old Middelburg Road will be closed
Just over two weeks are left before the annual train race runners take on the road between eMalahleni and Middelburg.
Entries for the annual Greatest Train Race taking place on August 23 are now closed and all entrants can collect their race numbers/batons from August 14 and 15 at Highveld Mall Info Kiosk (near Mr Price Sport).
“We would just like to remind the eMalahleni and the Middelburg community that the old Middelburg road will be closed from 5:30 up until 14:00,” said Max Kohler, convenor of the Greatest Train Race.
“Keep your eyes on the WITBANK NEWS and Middelburg Observer and listen to RiseFM to ensure that you are updated with the train race pre-race information and after the race results,” Kohler said.
