Arts campus ends the year on a high note

It was an overflow of arts at the recent year-end function for Witbank Arts Campus.

Witbank Arts Campus showcased its best during its matric farewell.

This matric farewell complimented by live performances was held on November 21.

Michael Mankge, Siyabonga Mabena and Marié Lombard.

Awards were given in the following categories:

*Witbank Arts Campus vocal – Blessing Manana

*Best drama student – Blessing Manana and KG Lephoko

.*Witbank Arts Campus best instrumental – Siyabonga Mabena and Michael Mankge.

*Best theory student – Agape Maphutha.

*Best vocal students – Agape and KG Lephoko.

*Best overall student of the year – KG Lephoko.

Agape Maphutha and Marié Lombard.
Blessing Manana.
Sipho Malinga, KG Lephoko and Marié Lombard.

The campus is already planning and will be hosting a project called Easter Community Uplifting in time for Easter on March 3.

“The mission and vision of Witbank Arts Campus in 2023 is to be successful in the local and international performing art markets. Students need a unique combination of opportunities to achieve academic qualifications, arts certifications, and performance experience. Since its inception, in March 2008, Witbank Arts Campus has consistently been achieving exceptional local and international results,” said Marié Lombard from the arts campus.
