Recipe serves 4 Preparation time 20 minutes Cooking time 15 minutes
Ingredients:
30 Millilitre oil
1 Kilogram Prawns, peeled and deveined
4 Garlic cloves, finely chopped
5 Piece of ginger, cut into matchsticks
1 Small red chilli, seeded and finely chopped (optional)
6 Spring onions, sliced into 1 cm lengths
1 Red pepper, finely sliced
350 Millilitre cold water
1 KNORR Sweet and Sour Sauce
25 Millilitre Fresh coriander, chopped
2 Cup Rice noodle to serve
Method:
1. Heat a wok until very hot, add the oil.
2. Fry the prawns, garlic, ginger and chilli for 3 mins over high heat.
3. Remove from the pan.
4. Add the spring onions and red pepper and cook for a further 3 mins.
5. In a jug, mix together the cold water and stir in the Knorr Sweet & Sour Sauce packet contents.
6. Add to the pan and bring to the boil while stirring.
7. Simmer uncovered for 5 minutes.
8. Return prawns to the pan and cook until heated through.
9. Garnish with coriander and server on rice noodles.
