Woman was hijacked just minutes after parking her car at her residence

A woman was recently hijacked just minutes after arriving at her home and parking her car.

A woman was recently hijacked and robbed of all her valuables.

On Sunday, June 11, an incident is believed to have occurred on Kruger Street.

According to reports, the complainant had just arrived home and was parked when she was attacked by a suspect in a bakkie parked behind her.

One of the suspects is believed to have exited the automobile and approached her, demanding the car keys before getting into her car and driving away.

Witbank Police Station spokesperson Captain Eddie Hall provided the following advice to motorists: To avoid getting lost in unfamiliar regions, plan your route ahead of time. Keep an eye out for locations with high crime rates. Allow enough room in front of your vehicle when stopping behind another vehicle to allow for an emergency escape or to avoid hijackers.
