Organiser of the event, Ms Elsie Madonsela said she approached Mr Henry Masinga asking him to organise something to celebrate Women’s Month.

“Helped by Pastor Ray Mabena we were able to convince Mr Masinga to give back to the community and he was happy to do so. It came as a blessing to us as well because of the support he has shown us,” said Ms Madonsela.

Ms Emily Lungu representing Mr Masinga said they wanted to thank the community for supporting them all these years.

“August is Women’s Month and we wanted to thank our mothers for their care and love they have given us. It is one way to show our appreciation and show young people that they need to care and love their mothers and grandmothers,” Ms Lungu said.
