According to the spokesperson of Emalahleni Local Municipality, Mr Lebo Mofokeng, the power supply to the following areas is affected due to attempted cable theft at Driehoek Substation and cable theft at Reyno Ridge 6 Substation:
– Reyno Ridge Ext 5 & 6
– Portion of Reyno Ridge Proper
– Portion of Tasbet Park Ext 1
– Del Judor extensions
– Portion of Witbank Ext 16
Repairs have commenced at Driehoek Substation.
Repairs have not yet started at Reyno Ridge 6 Substation.
It should be noted that the abovementioned substations are supplied from Doornpoort Substation.
