Woltemade Street stabbing – suspect will appear in court tomorrow
Community gathered at the Witbank Magistrate's Court to seek justice for Nelly.
The suspect believe to have stabbed Nelly Voyiya to death was due to appear in court today.
He did not make an appearance and the case was postponed to tomorrow (May 20).
On May 19 a group of people gathered in front of Witbank Magistrate’s Court to get justice for Nelly who became a Gender-Based Violence victim.
WITBANK NEWS earlier reported that the victim was allegedly stabbed to death on April 19 in Woltemade Street while on her way to work.
The 47-year-old suspect handed himself over to the police and was charged with murder.
