Remember that the furry one’s fur only keeps out cold to a certain level.
“If you are shopping this weekend, please add a blanket to your list for us,” said the staff from Witbank SPCA.
Winter at the kennels is not the most warm and cozy place to be during this season.
“We have 94 kennels in total. May we humbly request not to buy the hard grey blankets as its not really keeping the animals warm, the dogs like to rip it to pieces, not sure why and the biggest reason is you cant wash it for re-use,” they kindly added.
Donate a blanket today and keep an animal warm this winter by dropping it off at Pet and Pool, Petzone and Pick n Pay Reyno Ridge.
