Group of protestors want their voices heard

Since the incident occurred, angry community members have been protesting.

A large group of community members gathered together since early this morning moving inbetween the Emalahleni City Council and Weng Family Supermarket.

On Tuesday, March 1 all the foreign national shops in the Central Business District (CBD) were closed following the shooting incident that occurred on Monday, February 28 outside Weng Family Supermarket.

Police are still busy investigating the case of murder.

A fatal shooting took place on Monday when a husband and his family entered the shop.

It’s alleged that an altercation occurred inside the shop, the family walked out and that is when the security guard shot the husband at point blank.

Since the incident occurred, angry community members have been protesting.
