BTM held to a draw by Nkomazi Bayern

Two players received yellow cards for different offences.

Before the start of the match between BTM Sports and Nkomazi Bayern  it was evident that it was going to be one of the best matches to be witnessed as Bayern with their singing showing that they were well prepared and indeed they were well prepared.

The match at the ABC Motsepe League B stream did not fail to impress the fans; they were well entertained from the first whistle till the end.

Bayern with their attack-minded play forced BTM to defend and they had the players to do the job plus their goalkeeper came to the party.

Bayern had a shot at goal and it was fisted back into play and after that, they scored to make it 1-0. BTM had a place-kick and they failed to capitalise to make the score even. Bayern started their move from the back and they nearly scored after a shot was flipped back into play and the keeper saved well.

Bayern played well with BTM showing that they can match them pound for pound with their play. BTM had a chance at goal, but the shot went wide.

In the second half, BTM came with their guns blazing and they were able to score to make it 1-1.

The fans were kept at the edge of their seats with an entertaining affair. While Bayern made substitutes and they again took the upper hand controlling the match.

They pressed hard and shot at goal and only the BTM goalkeeper stands firm between the poles making daring saves in his man of the match display.

Bayern had about four sure goals but none was scored. BTM has improved a lot from last season and it shows that patience, dedication, and hard work pay off.

The game ended at 1-1 and the referee nearly spoils the match with his dubious officiating. The match was stopped after some tins were thrown into the pitch.

Both teams deserve to share the points.
