Water supply interruptions expected

The Emalahleni Local Municipality would like to inform the community that there will be a water supply interruption on Tuesday, February 15, from 08:00 until 20:00 due to planned maintenance work that will be carried out at River Cresent centre, Ferrobank, Costas and at Point B reservoir.
Businesses and residents that will be affected are advised to fill up the onsite water storage facilities during the period and use water sparingly during the water shutdown.
Water tankers will only be available at strategic areas such as schools, clinics and police stations. The affected areas are as follows:

The water supply to all areas is expected to normalise in the early hours of Friday, February 18.
The community is requested to utilise water sparingly during this time whilst the municipality is trying to stabilise the system.
