Care West Foundation reaching out to children
This year again children with disabilities were taken for lunch to the Highveld Mall at Spur for a Christmas party
It is said that it takes a village to raise a child and that is what Steven Luvuno of Care West Foundation is doing.
Like in the previous years he has taken upon himself to take care of children from areas of the city and hosted them in lunch at the Highveld Mall.
This year again children with disabilities were taken for lunch to the Highveld Mall at Spur for a Christmas party.
The party was held on Sunday, December 5. Some of the children who could not go to the mall were sent their lunch to their respective homes or centre because of regulations.
Luvuno has in the past presented food parcels to needy families, handed over presents to children, presented school shoes and uniforms, rebuilt homes, presented furniture and hosted many other events in the past.
He has reached out in support of schools and hosted sports tournaments in the past.
He believes that children are the future and must always be supported.
He always gives thanks to all the people and companies who have supported him and are still supporting him financially and in kind.
