Water outages in various areas of eMalahleni

•The water supply to Tasbet Park Ext 2 is affected due to a pipe break.

•The water supply to a portion of Witbank Ext 16 is affected due to 3 pipe breaks.

•The water supply to a portion of Tasbet Park Ext 1 is affected due to a pipe break.

 

Repairs to the above pipe breaks have not started as of yet, once the TLB is available repairs will commence.

 

•The ongoing low water pressure or no water in Witbank Ext 41 is still being attended to.

 

A major pipe leak beneath the N12 has been identified and isolated.

 

In addition there is multiple factors contributing to the low water pressure and the team will continue to investigate until the matter has been resolved.

 

•The work being carried out on the isolation valves in Die Heuwel Ext 4 is still underway.
