The club, who has recently confirmed the arrival of Roger Da Costa from Moroka Swallows, revealed on Thursday afternoon that they had secured the services of the two players.
Tom is a natural left-back, but is highly versatile by trade, while Khuboni is a defensive midfielder who has been capped for Bafana Bafana on 26 occasions.
Their arrivals will add an extra amount of physical strength and depth to the squad as Clive Barker looks to see his side challenge for an even higher position on the log.
Both players arrive having penned in a one-year deal with an option to renew and they will both meet up with their new Aces teammates when preseason commences on June 23.
