Let’s talk about exercising for a good cause

Group Training Bootcamp is celebrating health with a fundraiser filled with loads of fun and burning calories.

Come burn some calories for a good cause.

The Let’s Talk Fundraising in aid of Let’s Talk School Centre is set for September 4.

Let’s Talk School Centre is a centre for autism and special needs children.

Ms Felicia Myburgh from Group Training Bootcamp said they have two hours of fun exercise lined up with qualified instructors.

The morning will kick off with a warm-up by Felicia. Carine Visagie will take up the next slot with Strong by Zumba.

For the next 30 minutes Felicia will make sure everyone keeps in rhythm with ‘stix’.

Taryn Frazer will have an hour to get the participants to do some body toning and cool down.

“Don’t miss out on all the fun and as a bonus, we have some great prizes up for grabs,” Felicia said.

The fundraising event will take place under strict Covid-19 regulations. Sanitising stations will be available.

Mommies, you can bring the little ones along as there will be a picnic area where they can play. However, mommies must organise their own supervision for the little ones.

Yummy boerewors rolls and cool drinks. Branded items will be on sale together with face paint and balloons for the kiddies.

The entry fee is R100 per participant and it is payable at the gate.

The fun day will be held at 21 Bertha Street.
