Head-on collision on R544 Road leaves four people dead
Four people lost their lives in an accident on the R544.
The notorious R544 claimed four more lives.
A horrific accident happened on the stretch of road between Emalahleni and Verena on May 4 at around 17:30.
A Toyota Corolla and Isuzu light delivery vehicle caught fire on impact when they collided head-on.
Three occupants of the Toyota burnt beyond recognition.
The passenger of the delivery vehicle also died on the scene.
