Edenpark murder – Elderly’s car found
Police followed up on information which led to the recovery of the Honda which was left abandoned at Krugersdorp in the early hours of Monday, February 1.
Police found the white Honda Jazz that was stolen during the brutal murder of Ms Johanna Rossouw (86).
“Preliminary investigation revealed that her vehicle was stolen as well as other belongings when she was murdered on Sunday, January 31.
She was seemed to have been held hostage and was then stabbed,” Brig Leonard Hlathi provincial police spokesperson said.
Police followed up on information which led to the recovery of the Honda which was left abandoned at Krugersdorp in the early hours of Monday, February 1.
Brig Hlathi said the police have launched a manhunt for the murderer.
“The person(s) who are responsible for this heinous crime are still sought and a clarion call has been made to the public to assist with information that can lead to their arrest,” Brig Hlathi said.
