Cases of house robbery were opened at Witbank Police Station

More and more homes are being broken into and it seems like there is no stopping the intruders.

The most recent incident occurred on Thursday, August 27 at 03:00 in Tasbet Park.

The complainant alleged that he and his girlfriend were sleeping at his house.

He heard a noise inside the house and woke up from it.

He noticed three unknown men standing inside the house, and they told him not to scream.

The suspects told him to return to his bed where they covered him with a blanket and took various items from the house before they fled the scene.

Once the house became silent again, he uncovered himself and went to see what was taken.

The suspects took groceries, a television, sneakers and a cellphone.

A few days earlier another house robbery took place in Die Heuwel.
