AfriForum’s Witbank branch performs maintenance in eMalahleni

The branch invites businesses and community members to become involved with this project to make eMalahleni a better and safer town

AfriForum’s Witbank branch painted various road signs and repaired numerous potholes in Geringer Street during the past two weeks.

Some of these signs were not clearly visible anymore and the branch intervened to ensure the safety of motorists.

The branch is also planning on painting more traffic signs and repairing more potholes in Second Avenue, on the old Middelburg Road and in Hans Strydom Street.

Before maintenance.

“The local municipality is still failing to perform the necessary maintenance to eMalahleni’s infrastructure. AfriForum’s Witbank branch undertook this project seeing as it contributes to a better and safer community,” says Alfred Friess, Chairperson of AfriForum’s Witbank branch.

The branch invites businesses and community members to become involved with this project to make eMalahleni a better and safer town.
