PLANNED POWER OUTAGE AT OGIES BY ESKOM ON 23 MAY 2014
Ogies is situated in the Western Suburbs of Witbank and maintenance needs to be performed by Eskom on the transformers at the Ogies Substation. Consumers and residents will be affected in Ogies Town for the full duration.
ESKOM intends to carry out the above mentioned maintenance FRIDAY 23 MAY 2014 from 09:00 to 16:00
PLANNED POWER OUTAGE AT DIXON SUBSTATION (REYNO RIDGE 6 AND PART OF PROPER) SUNDAY 25 MAY 2014
A planned power outage affecting one feeder at Dixon Substation is scheduled for Sunday 25 May 2014 in order for the Electrical Maintenance Team to install a minisub for a new development.
The outage planned for SUNDAY 25 MAY 2014 will affect the following areas between 08:00 and 16:00:
•Reyno Ridge Ext. 6
•Reyno Ridge Proper (parts thereof)
Note that this is only ONE FEEDER at Dixon Substation, not the entire substation so only a small area will be without power (those feeding from this feeder in Reyno Ridge Ext. 6).
Also please note that the people that feed from this feeder will receive hand delivered notices during this week. Parts of Reyno Ridge Proper mentioned above is a precautionary measure incase that line should trip during the process.
