Three found to be related to traffic interns

The programme kicked-off in March 2019 and not in January as initially planned

The silence on the traffic scandal has eventually been broken.

WITBANK NEWS has the report requested by the Executive Mayor of Emalahleni, Cllr Linah Malatjie.

The outcome stated that 20 candidates were selected to go to the Mpumalanga Traffic Training College.

The programme kicked-off in March 2019 and not in January as initially planned.

The report further confirms that three of the 20 former interns are related to the Member of the Mayoral Committee (MMC) of Environment and Waste Management, the MMC Public Safety and Community Services and the Municipal Public Accounts Committee (MPAC) chairperson.
