Residents in Blancheville are urged to be vigilant.
Several dogs were poisoned this past two weeks.
These poisonings occurred in especially Libertas Street, Raadsaal Street, Ermelo Street and Beit Street.
“Whoever is poisoning the dogs keeps on coming back. Beit Street and Ermelo Street were targeted two nights in a row,” said Mr Seun Myburgh.
Myburgh and his neighbours now keep an eye on all activities during the night and alert one another if they see something suspicious.
Early on Tuesday, May 28 more dogs were poisoned a little higher up in Cleopatra Street.
