Itumeleng Mohlala is the best student in the Witbank Catholic Diocese
Itumeleng is currently studying at the University of Limpopo
The Witbank Catholic Church awarded its best 2018 Grade 12 learner an award and some prizes.
The award ceremony was held on Sunday, March 31 and the learner is Itumeleng Mohlala from Acornhoek.
Apart from the award she also received a book voucher donated by Phemphetse Trading & Projects, cash from Honestytrade 40, a trophy from the diocesan youth ministry and the floating trophy for the parish.
Itumeleng is currently studying at the University of Limpopo.
Mr Mthunzi Manda the diocesan youth coordinator presented the awards to Itumeleng and Fr Jereme Soku the priest in charge received the floating trophy on behalf of the parish.
“I would like to thank the two companies for their contributions. We are inviting companies or businesses who want to assist Itumeleng to further her studies, to contact me,” said Mr Manda.
