Mthunzi Sibuyi that got beaten up at a local restaurant and ended up in Intensive Care Unit (ICU), court case is still on going.
The first appearance in Regional Court for the accused, Jacobus Els was on June 6.

WITBANK NEWS reported that on the day of his appearance the State Prosecutor, Francois Brandt laid his charges down as he is facing charges such as attempted murder and assault with the intention to do grievous bodily harm.
The court case was postponed until July 19 but yet again postponed until July 30 as Els’s lawyer requested the video footage and docket from the investigating officer.
