They said they saw the pair standing at the gate one was holding a toolbox and when they attended to them, he asked to leave the toolbox behind as he was waiting for transport to pick them up.

While he was busy talking to him, he heard someone cocking a firearm and ordered him to lie on the ground.

The two suspects then pushed him and told him to show them the guardhouse where his colleagues were.

They were tied with shoelaces and left in the guardhouse. The two suspects then took a Bezing machine and two cell phones; the value of all the items taken is R25 000.

The incident happened on Thursday, July 5 at about 19:30 at KwaGuqa in Extension 12.

No one has been arrested and police are investigating a case of business robbery.
