A 36 year-old man has become a latest victim of robbery with a firearm.

While people were cleaning the graves of their loved ones during the Easter holidays as it has became a customs to a lot of people.
The victim reported that he was robbed on Wednesday, March 28 two days before Good Friday at about 21:30. The man was robbed at Pretoria Memorial Park Cemetery. He reported that he gave a lift to five unknown suspects from different spots.

After passing an Engen garage at Lynnville Leyland, one of them who was a passenger in the back seat pointed a firearm at him on his neck. They told him to drive to the cemetery where the suspect told him and other two male who gave them a lift to kneel down and not to look at him and his two friends. They took cash and other items from the other victims. He went back to the vehicle and drove leaving the two victims at the cemetry.

Another 28 year-old man was a victim of robbery when he was robbed at Lynnville. The victim was robbed on Tuesday, March 27 at about 04:00 at Twala Street in Lynnville. He was robbed of his backpack with a laptop and a Samsung J7 cell phone and the value of the items taken is R10 000.

He told the police that he was The complainant told the police that he was walking at the street when attacked by two suspects robbed him. One pointed a firearm at him while the other threatening him with a knife. They took the abovementioned items and fled the scene.

A third victim was robbed of his truck battery near Kromdraai. The 32 year- old victim was robbed on Saturday, March 31 at 22:30 at gunpoint. The robbers also away a reflector jacket and the value of the items taken is R3000

He reported that he was a security guard and on duty with other guards at a workshop and decided to go to the toilet which is situated next to the bushes. Five unknown suspects wearing balaclavas three with fire-arms and two with pangas took the above mentioned items.

They tried to tie him with shoelaces but he managed to run away.
No one has been arrested in all the robberies.
