The Ogies Visible Police and Detective members operated during November 07 and November 15 on their daily operations and arrested ten suspects on different crimes namely.

On November 2 at about 08:30 the Vispol members were patrolling at Kendal Emadlakadlakeni informal settlements and they went inside one of the homes of an unknown suspect who occupied the home. The police requested to search the premises and in their search they found two plastic bags with dagga; five match boxes with dagga; seventeen pokes of dagga weighing 0, 18 kg. The members preceded their duties and entered another home where another unknown person was found inside the house.

They then searched the house and found more dagga. 194 matchboxes were packed and weighed 1.9kg. Both the suspects are 27 years old and they appeared in Ogies Court on November 4 and were released on bail.

Other crimes that were committed in Ogies were two people arrested for common assault, one for arson, one for possession of suspected stolen property, two for possession of dagga, one for theft, two for assault with intent to cause grievous bodily harm and one for possession of drugs.
