The fire department came to the rescue when they rushed to extinguish a fire at a house that was partially burnt over the weekend.

This dreadful event happened on April 1 at an empty house situated at Mopanie Street, Tasbet Park.

Assistant Communication Manager of the municipality, Mr Lebohang Mofokeng said investigations are currently being conducted to track the rightfully owner of the property. Cause of the fire has not been established.
