43 reported accidents over the weekend
On Friday March 4, at least 16 accidents were reported, of which there were four slightly injured parties.
The month of March has shown an increase in the number of bumper bashes that took place in parking lots.
18 reports were handled to date of cars being bumped while parked in a parking lot; the guilty parties have simply driven off without making amends.

Saturday’s count showed that there were only 11 accidents with only three people sustaining slight injuries while Sunday shows 16 accidents with eight people being slightly injured and two others sustaining serious injuries
“The public is cautioned to be aware of their surroundings and to be vigilant on the roads,” said Capt Eddie Hall.
