On February 11 between 05:00 and 09:00, police where busy with their operations when they arrested a 39-year-old woman and a 32-year-old man for allegedly dealing with dagga and selling liquor without a licence.

As the operation continued four men from Thubelihle aged 22, 27, 28 and 31 were busted for allegedly dealing with dagga. Police found pinches of heroine as well as pokes, sachets, fists and matchboxes of dagga. All this stuff found could be estimated to an amount of R17 550. The suspects appeared at Kriel Magistrate court on February 12 for bail application.
