Siyanqoba murder case postponed for further investigation

The accused appeared in court for allegedly killing and burying a 34-year-old woman.

The case of a man suspected of murdering Netty Mokoena (34) has been postponed for further investigation.

 

The accused Andile Payi appeared before eMalahleni Magistrate’s Court on Friday, March 3, following the gruesome murder of Mokoena, whose decayed body was discovered, buried in a shallow grave in the fields near Siyanqoba on December 15, 2022. 

 

The case will be heard again in court on Tuesday, April 4, while Payi remains in custody.
