Fitness is key to a happier and healthier life

Many of us kick the year off with resolutions to get fit and lose some weight.

Chantelle Vorster understands what you are going through on your fitness journey because she had her own obstacles to cross.

But once she crossed those obstacles there was no stopping this phenomenal woman who had created Unicorn Fitness,  a centre where women can rediscover who they are and take the first steps to a healthier lifestyle.

“It all started with a look in the mirror and realizing I was not happy,” Chantelle said.

She started working out, watching what she eats and now she inspires other women to take a hard look in the mirror and make a life-changing decision.
