Witbank Dam level has risen to 98.5%

Residents at the low water bridge at Island President Rus can expect big water as the low water bridge will be flooding.

Witbank Dam has reached a level of 98.5%. This necessitated the opening of two sluices at 500mm each.

Two more sluices will be opened this morning at around 06:00.

Residents at the low water bridge at Island President Rus must be aware as the bridge will be flooding.
