Celebrating Women’s month through a ‘heart to heart’ session

We all need to be empowered.

Women gathered in a “Heart to Heart” event to celebrate Women’s Month, which is a non-judgemental platform where women gather and uplift one another in love.

The “Heart to Heart” event was hosted by Phanda Mzansi Modelling Agency and Prudy Preneurship, and held at Cappuccinos on Saturday, August 27.

The day was about women’s empowerment designed to equip everyone. Many topics were discussed during the event, including Gender-Based Violence (GBV).

Ms Frieda Manana one of the organisers said, “The gathering was focusing on reviving dreams, ambitions, gifts and callings while at the same time build self-esteem, bring forth the understanding of self value without any fear of judgement.”

The “Heart to Heart” session is all about talking about the challenges that people face in their daily lives and encouraging one another when they face such challenges.

“We were blessed with incredible guests and “Heart to Heart” sessions are open to all women and even men can attend, because we all need to be empowered,” she added.
