Enough is enough through a tea talk in Vosman

Victims of GBV are encouraged to come forward.

All the things being done to combat Gender-Based Violence (GBV) count and this GBV pandemic that is faced daily will be history one day.

Contribute and help put an end to GBV. On Saturday, July 23 a discussion about GBV was held at Sinqobile Community Hall in Vosman.

Fried Manana, an organiser; said since they live in a society where some people are unaware of GBV, they decided to host an event to raise awareness and educate on the subject.

Throughout the event, the speakers discussed various topics such as the causes and effect of GBV, why it is important to address GBV and how to prevent it from happening. It was a truly eye-opening experience.

The ladies in their fashionable outfits made from recycled items brightened up the day.

Frieda concluded by saying she would like to thank everyone who helped make the event a success, as well as everyone who attended.
