Woman dies after being stabbed several times

A 37-year old woman succumbed to her wounds after she was stabbed this morning.

The incident happened on April, 19 during the early morning traffic rush on Woltemade Street.

It’s believed that the woman and a man she allegedly knew were arguing before she was stabbed several times.

The suspect fled the scene after the incident but later during the day gave himself over at a police station in Standerton, Mpumalanga.

He is due to appear in court very soon.
