Pony camp teaches kids about caring for horses
Nothing better to learn new and interesting stuff, like at pony camp.
Holiday fun is when you can be part of a pony camp and that is precisely what Zalala Equestrian Centre provided the kids of eMalahleni.
From March 29 to 31 a pony camp was held at the equestrian centre where a total of 30 kids were part of the fun.
The camp included a fun walking trail through the woods and the rest of the equestrian, a lesson on how to lunge a horse correctly, learning more about the grooming of a horse and so much more.

“We gave the children basic lessons of handling, grooming, feeding, and riding horses. It was such a fun camp and we hope to see more children at the next pony camp,” Danéll van Rooyen from the equestrian centre said.
