Vosman Tracing Operation yields positive results

Suspects are due to appear in court following a tracing operation which was conducted by Vosman SAPS detectives

Twelve suspects aged between 17 and 56 years old are expected to appear before Witbank Magistrate’s Court on Friday, October 7, for a variety of offences.

The suspects were arrested following a tracing operation which was conducted by the hardworking detectives from Vosman Police Station.

Their appearance is a result of alleged criminal behaviour ranging between malicious damage to property, assault with an intention to cause grievous bodily harm and burglary at residential places.

The management of the station led by the Acting Station Commander, Colonel Gayane Mashego is pleased over the success.

Colonel Mashego indicated that the arrests will bring closure to the victims of the crimes committed against them and a reduction of criminal activities in the Vosman policing area.

He further mentioned that Vosman has improved in stabilising crime because of the close ties between the community as well as the police.
