Vaccinations continue at Witbank Hospital
Witbank Hospital apologizes for the inconvenience of not starting with vaccinations on Monday and for the long queues today
Elderly people are complaining about the rollout of the vaccine at Witbank General Hospital.
“I received notice during the night to report for Covid vaccination on, Monday, May 17 between 12:00 and 14:00. I went only to learn that nobody at the hospital from the gate guards to the officials inside has any knowledge of this. I enquired inside at three separate entrances,” said Chris Sonnekus.
On Tuesday, May 18 people were standing in long queues after receiving SMSs which instructed them to go to the hospital for a vaccine.
