Clinic locked; patients left stranded outside in the rain

The health workers at the clinic said that the person responsible to open the clinic did not come to work and by 09:00 the doors were still closed.

Mothers with their babies were found standing outside the Lynnville Clinic after they found the clinic locked.

The mothers said some of them came as early as 06:00 on Thursday, February 25, but they were stranded and the clinic could not open for them.

The health workers at the clinic said that the person responsible to open the clinic did not come to work and by 09:00 the doors were still closed.

The mothers were found standing outside at the clinic parking lot while it was raining.

“The treatment at the clinic is terrible, to say the least, something needs to be done to correct the situation. This one evidence to show poor management at the clinic,” said one of the mothers.

The clinic was found locked on Thursday, February 25 at about 09:00.
