Allegedly on August 17, a male was hit by a car on the N4, the driver of the car alleged that he was driving when he saw a person crossing the road.
It was then too late to swerve or stop the vehicle because he already hit the pedestrian when noticed.
The pedestrian was declared dead on the scene.
